Job summary

Nahan is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Minnesota to foster strategic partnerships with key clients and oversee projects from booking to completion. You will be the primary contact after job award, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver expected outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, experience with Direct Mail and commercial print, and the ability to manage timelines and budgets in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or 5 years customer service experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Direct Mail and commercial print coordination experience preferred.
• Proven ability to cultivate and grow customer and cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management and coordinate projects across multiple facilities.
• Provide clear job instructions to production across project types.
• Identify customer needs and drive results through effective project management.
• Schedule and lead planning/production meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Travel as required and support 6S initiatives.
