Nahan in Minnesota is seeking an Account Manager to oversee project management from booking to completion, acting as primary client contact after award.

You will coordinate with production, drive issue resolution, and strengthen relationships with customers and internal teams. This hybrid role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and grow customer relationships across teams.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 5+ years in customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Direct Mail/Printing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across facilities with effective coordination.
• Provide clear job instructions to production for all project types.
• Identify and address customer needs through proactive project management.
• Schedule and attend planning/production meetings; prepare packets.
• Manage scheduling across systems and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Collaborate with Account Services and Sales to define scope.
• Prepare pre-invoices and liaise with Accounting.
• Travel as required.
• Support 6S initiatives; adhere to safety and quality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
