Job summary

Northwest Playground Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Project Success Coordinator to support project work across territories. You will generate quotes in Salesforce, place orders, and maintain strong communication with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate logistics.

You will also collaborate with Logistics and Accounting, manage project files, and assist in creating sales materials. The role requires teamwork, responsiveness, and problem-solving across departments, with

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work with urgency in a dynamic, growing organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize.
• Willingness to partner and solve problems cross-departmentally.
• Salesforce or CRM exposure is a plus.
• Ability or experience reviewing Floor Plans/Blueprints and Construction documents is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal and governance documentation standards.
• Construction administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quoting: Create quotes for customers using Salesforce with complete details from Sales Representative.
• Order Placement: Convert quotes to sales orders with accurate data transfer and logistics notes.
• Customer and Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication for quotes, orders, and queries; collaborate with vendors for pricing.
• Phone Management and Customer/Sales Support: Be available via phone, web meetings, etc., respond promptly and provide product information.
• Assist Other Departments: Support Logistics and Accounting; collaborate across teams for smooth operations.
• Database Management: Use Salesforce to organize accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks; keep records up-to-date.
• Document Management: Maintain physical and digital project files, including quotes, bids, tax rates, vendor quotes, freight details, emails.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and be a helpful resource for customers.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Parts: Work with customers and manufacturers to resolve parts cases within 72 hours and handle warranty claims.
• Presentation Support: Prepare packets and posters for sales and marketing events.
