In this full-time role you will partner with existing clients, scope requirements, track timelines, process invoicing, and ensure exceptional service and product quality by communicating clearly with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in B2B customer service, account management, or sales.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and prospects to evaluate needs across print, marketing, and signage.
• Develop and present product estimates and manage production timelines.
• Update CRM notes, process invoicing, and handle client payments.
• Ensure quality control and communicate roadblocks to management.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work.
