Responsibilities

• Consult with existing and prospective customers to determine print, marketing, and sign needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide product estimates for clients after consultation; coordinate delivery/production with production teams or vendors.
• Manage client invoicing, shipping orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Generate daily and monthly closeout reports and maintain organized files and workspace.
• Advise supervisor promptly of potential client issues requiring attention.
