• Estimate jobs, coordinate timelines and manage client expectations from concept to delivery.
• Update client notes in CRM, handle invoicing and project files, ensure timely fulfillment.
• Advocate for clients internally to ensure quality and address roadblocks promptly.
• Communicate client needs across teams to maintain high service levels.
