The Account Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day administrative operations of AlphaGraphics as well as acting as a trusted advisor, selling the products and services of the company to our values clients. Position Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager / Project Coordinator to serve as the bridge between our clients and production team. In this dual role, you will act as a trusted advisor—consulting with clients, estimating jobs, and managing projects from initial concept through final delivery, while maintaining day-to-day project workflows.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales: Partner with existing clients and prospects to evaluate needs across print, marketing, and signage, recommending high-impact solutions and cross-selling relevant services. Develop new business both through inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting and sales development.

Project Estimating & Management: Scope job requirements, generate accurate product estimates, track production timelines with internal teams and outside vendors, and manage client expectations regarding schedules and pricing.

Order Administrative Workflow: Update client notes in the CRM, process accurate invoicing and customer payments, maintain organized project files, and handle outgoing fulfillment.

Internal Advocacy: Serve as the client’s internal champion to guarantee quality control, while communicating potential roadblocks to management promptly.

Communication: As the customer’s advocate, communicate needs within the company to insure excellent customer service and product quality while setting proper expectations with the client.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a well-organized professional with Background in B2B customer service, account management, or sales in a fast-paced environment. (Experience in print, signage, or promotional products is a strong plus!). The candidate believes in providing top notch customer service and is a self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to handling client needs and daily challenges.

Additional Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience in sales and customer service within a fast-paced environment

Team member with collaborative style who knows how to foster success in others

Capable of juggling multiple priorities and operating with a calm sense of urgency

Positive “can do” attitude (this is critical!)

Additional Skills and Abilities -- Desired (Advantageous, but not required)

College degree

Familiarity with current print and copy technology (highly desirable)

Working knowledge of computer technology and a familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Experience in business-to-business, retail, and/or manufacturing setting

Workplace Requirements

Driver’s license and access to vehicle

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
