Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and advocating for their needs.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to align goals and discuss campaign performance.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster loyalty.
• Oversee management, approval, and scheduling of print and digital advertising across six FRG markets.
• Ensure all advertising materials are accurate, approved, and published on time.
• Upload and manage digital ads (ROS) through websites.
• Keep client assets organized and current in Box for efficient collaboration with internal teams.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive improvement and retention.
• Identify risks to client satisfaction early and implement solutions.
