Qualificações

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client relationship management or account management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and advocating for them within the organization.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to align goals, discuss campaign performance, and maintain partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships to foster client trust and loyalty.
• Oversee management, approval, and scheduling of print and digital advertising across all FRG markets.
• Ensure all advertising materials are accurate, approved, and published on time.
• Upload and manage digital ads (ROS) through websites, with a smooth campaign workflow.
• Keep client assets organized and current in Box for efficient collaboration.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement and retention.
• Identify risks to client satisfaction early and implement solutions to ensure success.
