Job summary

Paycom in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Customer Account Specialist to manage day-to-day customer interactions, process orders, and ensure smooth information flow between customers and internal teams. You will support delivery of fabricated metal products and help maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5+ years in customer service or related fields, proficiency with MS Office, and a detail-oriented, multitasking mindset. Epicor ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in customer service, account management, or order processing.
• Experience handling high-volume customer interactions (calls, email, or both).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
• ERP/CRM experience preferred (Epicor).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with customers.
• Manage customer transactions accurately and on time, including order and quote entry, and resolution of billing, shipping, quality, and change requests.
• Support customers and strengthen relationships.
• Advocate for customers while aligning with company priorities.
• Monitor job flow through our production software and communicate with team members and customers to ensure timely status updates and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to the achievement of department and/or company goals as requested.
