Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer service/inside sales.
• Excellent telephone, writing and listening communication.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with ERP & CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular telephone conversations with assigned customers.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues with appropriate teams.
• Receive and process customer orders in the order processing system.
• Serve as liaison between customers and Field Sales.
• Review reports to ensure shipping schedules and order data are accurate.
• Maintain high product knowledge and training resources.
• Follow up leads and ensure customers receive expected benefits and features.
• Visit customers to deepen relationships and support the total sales approach.
