Job summary

Ironwear is seeking an Account Coordinator to act as the link between customers, the Sales Team, and internal personnel. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support customers in making informed product choices.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, evaluating orders for Processing, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining accurate data in our ERP/CRM systems. A two-year related background and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related experience.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CX ticketing platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chats with first-class service.
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders for Processing Department.
• Assist customers with product inquiries on inventory, pricing, orders.
• Understand product knowledge to address questions and concerns.
• Offer alternative or additional products to boost sales and service.
• Communicate with processing team and Account Managers to ensure accurate orders.
• Process paperwork for orders, RMAs, and backorders; maintain data in systems.
