Turnkey Project Services in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Sales Support specialist to coordinate client orders from quotes through installation, maintain order accuracy in the e-manage system, and communicate status to clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, vendor coordination, and timely processing of invoices and payments, with opportunities to support bid responses and project meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' experience in client support role.
• Commercial Furniture Industry experience (preferred).
• Experience with Hedberg business system.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create quotes and orders for standard and non-standard client requests.
• Coordinate and manage client orders; communicate status to client and Team.
• Review vendor acknowledgments and resolve discrepancies for timely receipt.
• Monitor shipping dates and interface with vendors to resolve problems.
• Enter quotes, service requests, and labor into the order system.
• Assist Sales with bid responses and project submittals.
