360clean in Roanoke, VA is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client operations, ensure service quality, and support staffing and onboarding for multiple accounts.

You will be the primary point of contact, maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, and lead efforts to improve service performance and account growth. Evening hours are required, with potential for growth within a fast-expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits
• Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours
• Address and resolve client concerns within a timely manner
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup
• Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed
• Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services
• Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates
• Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting
• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities
