360clean is seeking an Account Manager in North Myrtle Beach, SC to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure service quality across assigned accounts. You will act as the primary contact for customers, coordinate onboarding, and support staffing and inspections to drive client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a solutions focus.
• Ability to work evening hours consistently.
• Experience in janitorial, facilities management, or service industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours.
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup.
• Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services.
• Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates.
• Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities.
