Vonachen Group is hiring a Janitorial Account Manager in Monroe, NC to oversee operational activities for account teams. This role leads staffing, scheduling and performance while ensuring safety and quality standards and positive customer relations.

You will manage financial planning and analysis, drive process improvements, and influence plans with senior leadership, all within a full-time, on-site setting offering benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years leadership experience in manufacturing logistics operations preferred.
• Experience providing janitorial/industrial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operational activities for account or multi-location customer.
• Ensure efficient use of people, equipment, and materials.
• Develop and implement improvements to processes and practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on plans to improve operations.
• Direct staffing, work schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and positive stakeholder relationships.
• Handle financial planning, execution, and analysis (P&L responsibility).
• Promote company culture, values, and philosophy.
