AMS Fulfillment, Inc. in Bear, DE seeks an Account Manager II to manage day-to-day client communications, coordinate transitions for new clients, and align operations across production, receiving, shipping, and IT.

You will ensure accurate billing, supervise client service staff, and contribute to safety and purchasing processes while maintaining strong client relationships and proactive problem-solving.

Competenze

• 2 years of experience in Promotional Material Management, B2B or B2C service companies including operations experience.
• Experience in reporting and analysis and proven client relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Represent AMS in all communications with the client.
• Project manage the Client Transition Process when new clients sign on.
• Coordinate all client service activities across operations (production, receiving, shipping, IT).
• Interact with operations staff to implement client programs.
• Define and monitor QC measures and tolerances for various function areas.
• Supervise other client service and administrative staff.
• Audit payroll data for billing accuracy.
• Generate client billing information.
• Attend meetings with clients and operational teams.
• Manage Company Safety Policy, rules, and monthly meetings.
• Manage Purchasing for AMS within defined requirements.
