Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Experience with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat, or document management systems preferred.
• Experience handling detailed information, data, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries related to services, billing, accounts, and general concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact.
• Support onboarding with guidance, training, and resources to ensure client success with products and services.
• Provide online troubleshooting and training to resolve client questions and issues.
• Maintain accurate reporting and records to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve client concerns and improve processes.
