Job summary

FLORES is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Specialist in Accounting Services to bridge new clients with our Accounting Services team. You will guide clients through onboarding, coordinate milestones, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing accounting and reconciliation services.

You will build relationships, manage projects, and apply accounting knowledge to help clients succeed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Accounting certification is preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting functions and principles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through onboarding and implementation.
• Coordinate milestones and project timelines.
• Deliver training on accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, month-end).
• Maintain accurate client records and communications.
• Generate onboarding progress reports and ensure quality.
