Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to support clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply policies, procedures, products and support processes.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail when handling requests.

• Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document client inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Create and track support tickets, coordinate escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide first‑level technical support for account access and password issues.
• Monitor client‑facing apps and report potential service disruptions to clients.
• Support system validation during scheduled maintenance and outages.
