Job summary

PHFM Services is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes maintaining strong client relationships, managing escalations, and driving profitability on work orders.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 3 years in account management, and experience in facilities maintenance/construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management.
• Facilities Maintenance/Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports alongside a Senior Manager.
• Identify improvement areas for team members and ensure work orders progress smoothly.
• Support SLA compliance and client relationships, including answering client inquiries.
• Proactively analyze work orders, monitor SLA adherence, and review proposals for accuracy.
• Develop positive client relationships, manage escalations, and host client calls as needed.
• Oversee work order finances, review profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager on team and client initiatives.
• Demonstrate self-management and perform additional duties as assigned.
