Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or related fields.
• Experience managing client relationships and resolving service issues.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with work orders or CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate work orders from intake through completion with operations teams.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up, and escalate urgent issues.
• Provide clients with updates and resolve service concerns.
• Review account performance and identify service improvements.
• Maintain records of work orders, client communications, and activity.
• Support client meetings, reporting, renewals, and account growth.
