The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has at least 3 years in account management, with facilities maintenance or construction experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
• Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports alongside a Senior Manager.
• Identify improvement areas for team members and ensure work orders progress smoothly.
• Support SLA compliance and client relationships, including answering client inquiries.
• Proactively analyze work orders, monitor SLA adherence, and review proposals for accuracy.
• Develop positive client relationships, manage escalations, and host client calls as needed.
• Oversee work order finances, review profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager on team and client initiatives.
• Demonstrate self-management and perform additional duties as assigned.
