PHFM | Facilities Maintenance is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Crowley, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in account management, preferably in Facilities Maintenance or Construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management; Facilities Maintenance/Construction experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in construction management preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; especially Excel.

• Manage service requests through the work order lifecycle to ensure completion.
• Communicate with customers and vendors through phone and email.
• Source and negotiate with vendor partners.
• Keep accurate documentation of service requests.
• Provide support and leadership to team members.
