A leading Software-as-a-Service firm is seeking a talented Manager for the Account Services Department. This role involves ensuring customer needs are met, guiding clients in using the iRecruiter system, and participating in sales presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in client relations. Responsibilities also include managing multiple accounts and working towards a 100% renewal rate. Some travel is required, and candidates with experience in HR systems are preferred.

Formación

• Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in client relations and HR systems/software project management is a significant plus.
• Ability to identify customer needs and communicate efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Participate in sales presentations and on-site customer meetings.
• Proactively contact assigned clients to work towards a 100% renewal rate.

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Educación

Bachelor's degree with strong academic track record
