Job summary

SOLitude Lake Management, a Rentokil member, is seeking an Account Manager in Clermont, FL to maintain and grow client relationships, coordinate services, and ensure project success. You will be the primary contact, address client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in account management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. You’ll manage timelines and budgets, identify upsell opportunities, and help clients achieve water

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client relations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the relationship.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via emails, calls, and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for client needs.
• Oversee project execution for clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related services to existing clients.
