Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction and success in lake management services.

You will be the primary point of contact, coordinating projects and delivering tailored solutions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in account management or sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in account management, client relations, or sales.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Knowledge of lake management practices, environmental regulations, and water quality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
• Serve as primary contact, manage all aspects of client accounts.
• Maintain regular communication via emails, phone calls, and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Coordinate and oversee execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and KPIs for management.
