Job summary

SOLitude Lake Management, a Rentokil family company, is seeking an Account Manager based in Florida to maintain and grow key client relationships. You will serve as the primary contact, coordinate lake management projects, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or sales, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client relations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the relationship.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects for clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and KPIs for management review.
