Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a client success professional to own day-to-day relationships with employer clients, driving adoption and renewals of our MSK programs. You will act as trusted adviser, project manager, product expert, and coach to cross-functional teams for maximum client value.

You will manage a book of business, deliver data-driven insights, and partner with Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure high retention and expanding product offerings.

Qualifications

• Project Management: 2+ years of experience effectively managing a large book of business in various stages of account lifecycle.
• Data storytelling: craft data-driven insights to influence customer decisions.
• Product Knowledge: SME on product, functionalities, use cases and best practices.
• Strategic influence: navigate multi-stage books of business and convey client needs internally.

Responsibilities

• Driving revenue: Secure best-practice enrollment campaigns to meet annual enrollment goals.
• Long-term client management: 100% client retention with high satisfaction (9/10+ NPS).
• Customer advocacy: Turn clients into advocates for references and Marketing/PR.
• Product expansion: Ensure clients use Hinge Health's full suite of products to maximize impact.
