Job summary

Gallagher provides trusted guidance to organizations for their people decisions, helping clients design benefit strategies and wellbeing programs. In this role, you’ll support a complex book of business, working with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, and Brokers to ensure timely, accurate service and renewal processes.

You will respond to client inquiries, research issues, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams; maintain detailed records and help with enrollment meetings

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience.
• Preferred: Appropriate license.
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks

Responsibilities

• Support accounts with marketing, claims, renewals, and sales support.
• Respond to client questions and research complex issues.
• Prepare renewals and client presentations.
• Maintain clear notes on client conversations and service activity.
