Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned client services leader to own strategic relationships and manage complex self-funded accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand day-to-day needs, offering tailored solutions and guiding annual strategies with compliance in mind.

You will mentor new hires, champion Gallagher resources, and collaborate with the account management team to maintain standards and drive renewal success across our client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading increasingly complex self-funded accounts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their day-to-day needs and provide tailored solutions while managing their annual strategies.
• Share market expertise and keep clients informed about compliance-related issues.
• Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables.
• Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process.
• Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
• Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards.
