Job summary

Machinify is a leading healthcare intelligence company seeking a Director of Client Success to oversee delivery and satisfaction across health plan clients. You will manage the full project lifecycle, align services with contracts, and drive financial performance.

You will build a network across departments, mentor team members, and partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities while monitoring forecasts and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in corporate or healthcare management with prior responsibility for national or regional payer accounts.
• Experience managing payment integrity audit programs for national or regional health plan payer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full range of project life cycle (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Close).
• Build relational network within assigned accounts.
• Lead cross-functional client-related projects across various departments.
• Monitor forecasting and growth plans for assigned accounts.
• Responsible for delivery of results according to scope of existing contract.
• Review and input to reporting and analytics for assigned accounts.
• Handle escalated problem solving and issue resolution.
