Job summary

Progyny is seeking a Vice President, Health Plan Market Leader, Client Success to guide the Health Plan Client Success team and partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to drive retention, renewal, and growth across health plan portfolios.

The role requires translating complex clinical, operational, financial, and member experience data into executive-level narratives and scalable processes to support a growing payer market segment. Based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Health Plan client success, account management, strategic partnerships, or payer-facing teams.
• Ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Strong relationship-building and executive presence with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Health Plan Client Success team with annual goals for retention, satisfaction, growth, and engagement.
• Develop Health Plan-specific client success processes, cadences, and best practices for retention and renewal strategy.
• Represent Progyny in executive health plan meetings, reviews, and industry events to strengthen relationships and value proposition.
