Job summary

Waterfield Tech is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive adoption, value realization, and growth for our CX solutions. You will be the primary day-to-day liaison for clients, coordinating support activities and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

You will balance relationship management with operational discipline and strategic thinking to deliver meaningful outcomes and expand Waterfield’s impact across accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value
• Experience managing multiple clients
• Preferred: CX, CCaaS, SaaS, or managed services

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for assigned clients
• Oversee ongoing support and service activities, ensuring timely execution
• Act as an escalation point for client issues, driving resolution
• Develop and execute client success plans aligned to customer goals and outcomes
• Drive adoption of Waterfield solutions by identifying gaps and recommending actions
• Monitor account health, usage trends, and operational performance
• Inform account team of key developments, risks, and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand Waterfield’s footprint by uncovering unmet needs
• Contribute to business reviews with insights and recommendations
• Provide input into renewal planning by showing value
• Coordinate across delivery, support, and partner teams for high-quality customer experience
