Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across our storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure value realization, coordinate onboarding, and translate client feedback into product needs.

This is a fully distributed role with opportunities for executive engagement and strategic impact. The role requires strongpresentation skills, client empathy, and the ability to navigate complex business

Formación

• Strong client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.
• Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate those to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Secure executive visibility into Storable's business results and strategic initiatives.
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate feedback into actionable requirements.
• Share strategic insights across the Client Success organization.
• Utilize CRM tools to track Client interactions and progress.
• Facilitate and participate in Client business reviews to ensure alignment and success.
• Communicate overall Client health and elevate at-risk accounts.
• Provide timely feedback to peers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth communication.
