Conroe Digital is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary, trusted contact for a set of local-business clients in Conroe and the surrounding area. You will manage communications, set expectations, and ensure client success while explaining marketing work in plain language and knowing when to bring in specialists.

This role sits in the Client Success track with a defined path toward Director of Client Success, and you will coordinate with Product & Delivery to keep projects on

Formación

• Professional communication experience with clients, customers, or accounts.
• Ability to explain technical or strategic work in plain language.
• Comfort with honest conversations, including when the news is not good.
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Responsabilidades

• Own the relationship and communication cadence for an assigned set of clients.
• Run regular check-ins that report results in plain English and set expectations honestly.
• Spot scope creep, misunderstandings, and dissatisfaction early, and raise them internally before they become emergencies.
• Coordinate with Product & Delivery so client requests land with the right people and the right timelines.
• Keep accurate notes so any teammate can pick up a client conversation without losing context.
