Job summary

Eller Media in the Des Moines metro area is seeking an Account Manager to own the client relationship and the delivery promise. You will ensure clarity on what’s delivered, when, and why it moves clients toward their North Star, coordinating with sales and production to keep work flowing.

You’ll run weekly calls, manage onboarding, and keep calendars current with 30+ days of content; track performance in dashboards and CRM; and ensure budgets, approvals, and invoices are handled smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience owning client relationships in an agency, marketing, or professional services setting.
• Ruthless organization with calendars, lists, systems, and follow-through.
• Comfort with money conversations—budgets, invoices, and approvals.
• Strong platform fluency for Meta, Google, GA4 dashboards and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and delivery calendar end to end.
• Lead onboarding, ensure logos/assets and access are in place.
• Run the weekly client call focused on momentum and outcomes.
• Ensure every deliverable ties to the client Northstar.
• Provide timely visibility into performance with dashboards/CRM.
