Job summary

You will manage scope, timelines and deliverables, coordinating with account executives and internal teams to uphold quality and client satisfaction in a hybrid, Des Moines metro area setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, project management or related fields.
• Experience in an agency setting in direct response fundraising or marketing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as internal account delivery leader for client projects.
• Coordinates with internal/external teams to define scope, timelines and deadlines.
• Oversees project execution, asset collection, resource assignment and hours.
• Provides regular updates to clients on project status and deliverables.
• Maintains project documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Plans staff resources with the resource manager to meet project needs.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to execute marketing plans.
• Leads meetings and ensures projects are on time and meet quality expectations.
• Escalates client issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Manages daily workload to sustain client satisfaction.
• Supports onboarding experiences and client communications throughout lifecycle.
