ABOUT ELLER MEDIA
Eller Media is a marketing and media agency built on Growth OS — our proprietary operating system for turning brand strategy into consistent, measurable momentum. We don't run scattered tactics. We install a system, run it with discipline, and hold it accountable to real performance.
WHY THIS SEAT EXISTS
We're winning clients faster than most teams our size could deliver. This only works if someone owns the space between what we sold and what gets shipped.
You are the single point of accountability for a client's entire experience with Eller Media. From the moment sales hands them over to the moment they renew.
THE ROLE
You own the client relationship and the delivery promise. Every client should know exactly what they're getting, when it's coming, and why it moves them closer to the thing they actually care about (their North Star). Every internal team should know exactly what to build and by when. Nothing gets lost between the two.
You are not the strategist and you are not the producer. You're the operator who makes sure strategy becomes a calendar, the calendar becomes work, the work becomes results, and the results get told back to the client in a way that makes them glad they hired us.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The Plan — 30 days out, always
- The client content calendar is accurate and populated a minimum of 30 days in advance. No client ever wonders what's coming next.
- Deliverable counts are committed in writing, in advance — video, posts, offers, review ads, iMessage ads. Said plainly: how much are we making, and when does it post?
- Scope changes get logged, priced, and approved before they hit production. Not after.
The Northstar — every deliverable ties to the big goal
- You know each client's Northstar cold: the one outcome that defines a winning year and progress for their business.
- For any item on the calendar, you can say how it moves them closer to it. If you can't, it doesn't belong on the calendar.
- The Northstar and our progress against it live on the weekly L10 sheet in that client's Google Drive folder: current, dated, and visible to the whole team.
The Room — the weekly client call
- You convene the weekly client call and get the right people in it. Ours and theirs.
- You run it toward the business, not toward status: momentum, what's working, what changed on their side, and the organic opportunities we should be creating against.
- Notes, decisions, and next actions land in the Drive folder the same day. This is the responsibility of the Account Manager.
The Numbers — you always know how we're performing
- You hold standing visibility into client outcomes: a dashboard showing lead and sales activity, or CRM access where the client reports revenue and closed business.
- Getting and keeping that access is part of the job, not a nice-to-have. A client we can't measure is a client we're about to lose.
- You know performance before the client does — and you raise a downturn early rather than explaining it late.
The Money — budget in, invoice out
- Phase one: the monthly budget goes out for pre‑approval — the Growth OS fee plus any recommended ad spends or incremental costs for the month.
- Phase two: those approved details land on the invoice, accurately, and the client confirms.
- You own the full cycle and you're comfortable having a direct money conversation without flinching — including the follow‑up when approval is late.
The Handoff — sales to delivery, without a seam
- You work with sales to confirm that what was sold and contracted is what's being built. Discrepancies surface in week one, not month three.
- You drive onboarding: logos, brand assets, photography, platform access, approvals — everything production needs to start clean.
- Drive folder structure gets used correctly by everyone, every time. One place, one process, every client.
The Glue — internal and production alignment
- Production team knows what to build, who it’s for, in what order, by when — because you told them, and you keep them clear when everything feels urgent.
- All external reporting routes through you before it reaches the client, so you carry complete visibility into timelines, expectations, and what's been promised.
- You close loops. You chase the unglamorous thing until it's done or flagged.
YOUR SCORECARD
Reviewed weekly. These are the numbers this seat is measured on.
- Client retention. This is the number. Everything else is how we get there.
- Percentage of clients with an accurate content calendar populated 30+ days out
- Percentage of clients with live dashboard or CRM visibility
- Northstar and progress documented on the L10 sheet for every active client
- Weekly client call held and notes filed
THE RHYTHM
- Daily - Unblock production, close loops, respond fast. Nothing sits in your inbox overnight.
- Weekly - Client calls held. L10 sheets updated. Calendars pushed back out to 30 days. Priorities set with production.
- Monthly - Budget out for approval. Invoice delivered and confirmed. Performance reviewed against the Northstar. Next month's deliverables are committed.
- Quarterly - Relationship health check. Scope and pricing reviewed with sales. Renewal conversation started early — never at the deadline.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- Not a sales role. No prospecting, no cold outreach, no quota. Sales hunts. You keep and grow what we've already won.
- Not an order‑taker. When a client asks for something that doesn't move their Northstar, you say so — and offer what does.
- Not the creative director. You set the standard and the deadline. You don't redesign the work.
- Not a passenger. You have real authority to hold both production and clients accountable, and we expect you to use it. You are a driver of outputs and outcomes.
One clarification: you will recommend investment — more ad spend, added production, a bigger month — when the data supports it. That's account leadership, not selling.
YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
- Days 1–30. Learn Growth OS end to end. Sit in every client call. Audit each account — calendar state, Drive folder, dashboard access, contract versus actual delivery. Come back with a written gap list.
- Days 31–60. Take ownership of the calendar and the weekly call for every account. Every client has a documented Northstar and a live 30-day plan.
- Days 61–90. Own the full cycle — plan, call, report, budget, invoice. Every account measurable. You're telling us what's about to break before it breaks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Core — day one
- Experience owning client relationships in an agency, marketing, or professional services setting — or a track record that proves you can. We hire for disposition over years on a résumé.
- Ruthless organization. Lists, calendars, systems, follow‑through. Nothing lives only in your head.
- Comfort with money conversations — sending budgets, delivering invoices, asking for approval, following up when it's late.
- Enough platform fluency to QA the work and speak credibly about it: Meta, Google, GA4-style dashboards, CRMs, email tools. You don't have to build it. You have to know when it's wrong.
- Directness with warmth. You can tell a client something slipped, tell production it isn't good enough, and keep both relationships intact.
- Self‑imposed urgency. You move against deadlines you set yourself, and you're easy to reach.
- Genuine investment in client outcomes — you celebrate their wins like they're yours, because they are.
- Comfortable working inside defined systems and process. Consistency is the product.
Helps you grow here — not required
- EOS / Level 10 meeting experience
- Technical comfort — spreadsheets, no-code automations, modern AI tools. You'd rather wire tools together than do everything by hand.
- Exposure to automotive, senior care, B2B trades, or fitness and wellness
THE HONEST VERSION
This job is eighty percent follow‑through. You'll carry a full book of clients at once, and every one of them will believe they're your only one. A lot of it is unglamorous: chasing an approval, rebuilding a calendar, re‑asking for logos, asking again about the invoice. You'll deliver bad news sometimes, and the standard here is that you deliver it early.
Nobody hands you a perfectly scoped ticket. In exchange, you'll be trained on things no other job could teach you, because we're building a company in a way that didn't exist two years ago — and you'll be the person clients thank when it works.
If you want to be told exactly what to do and stop there, you'll be miserable. If you get real satisfaction from a clean list, a full calendar, and a client saying this is the best marketing partner we've ever had, this is the seat.
