Job summary

FirmaTRUST is seeking a Client Success Manager for its Lahore offices to strengthen client relations and ensure IT solutions align with business goals. You will work with customers to understand their IT needs, pull detailed data, analyze it, and propose improvements while coordinating with ICE’s internal engineering teams to secure and maintain infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years of experience, directly working with customers.
• Bachelors in computer science or 5+ years of equivalent.
• Experience with ticketing and quotation apps such as ConnectWise and QuoteWerks.
• Experience in technical management and information analysis."
• Proficient with MS Office, Project, Visio, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand IT needs and build strong client relationships.
• Pull and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify issues and help implement strategic solutions.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to secure client IT infrastructure.
