Job summary

Meriplex is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the department, drive operational excellence, and ensure client documentation and SOPs meet Meriplex standards. You will own budgets, KPIs, and customer retention while coordinating with vCIO and Account Managers.

You will travel to client sites five days per week, lead a team of technical resources, mentor staff, and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes to deliver reliable MSP services.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT service delivery with at least three in a leadership role.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department budgets, operations, and KPI delivery.
• Act as SME to clients and lead escalation management.
• Travel to client sites 5 days a week.
• Onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain client documentation and SOPs to Meriplex standards.
• Ensure SLAs are met and revenue targets maintained.
