254 Print seeks a proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) who also drives inside sales growth and email marketing campaigns. You will manage front-office duties, handle inquiries, and build customer relationships in person, over the phone, or by email.

The role emphasizes upselling, order accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration with design/production teams. Opportunity exists to transition to salary based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (print or signage industry preferred).
• Sales mindset with ability to confidently recommend products and close deals.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly, customer-first demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of print products is helpful but not required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist walk-in customers.
• Provide quotes for print and signage projects.
• Enter and manage orders in CRM/POS system.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and timelines.
• Follow up with customers on proofs, approvals, and completed jobs.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (banners, signage, apparel, promo items, etc.).
• Proactively follow up on quotes to close sales.
• Re-engage past customers to generate repeat business.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Assist in meeting monthly revenue and sales goals.
• Execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, seasonal offers, customer reactivation).
• Build and maintain customer email lists within CRM.
• Use templates to send sales emails and promotional campaigns.
• Track campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions).
• Coordinate messaging with current sales priorities.
• Assist in developing campaign ideas targeting key customer segments.
