the JRT agency is looking for an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our automotive team. This is a hybrid role, built for someone who loves people, thrives on details and isn't afraid to jump between a phone call, a client deck and an event checklist in the same afternoon.

This position blends three things we value most at JRT: genuine customer care, sharp account support and hands‑on experiential work.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, account coordination, events or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client events.
• Automotive, dealership, agency or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for incoming calls and emails on behalf of client brands.
• Take a consultative, problem‑solving approach to inquiries (not a call‑center script).
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism, creativity and courtesy.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
• Support account teams in planning, development and execution of marketing programs and projects.
• Help manage project details, schedules and deliverables to keep work on track.
• Gather information, conduct research and support program reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with creative, digital and multimedia teams to support integrated client work.
• Assist with planning and on‑the‑ground execution of client events and tour stops, including occasional travel.
