Job summary

MAS Event + Design, LLC is seeking an organized Account Coordinator to support the Accounts team remotely. This freelance role partners with Account Managers and Directors to plan, execute, and close experiential programs with precision and care.

You will work with Marketing, Creative, Production, Strategy, and Operations to deliver polished client-facing work and foster strong client relationships. Domestic and international travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account coordination or client services experience in experiential marketing or event production.
• Familiar with live events and brand experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Account Directors across all project phases from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, status calls, agendas, notes, and recaps within 24 hours.
• Maintain timelines, trackers, and CRM data; assist with SOWs, contracts, POs, and invoices.
• Assist in on-site execution and activations as needed, including travel.
• Build client relationships and collaborate with Creative, Production, Strategy, and Operations.
