Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in career services or related field, preferably with first-year and second-year students.
• Supervisory and career assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Career Accelerator programming and cohort management.
• Coordinate workshops, coaching, networking events, and panels.
• Ensure all program components are implemented (eLC course, mentoring, coaching).
• Collaborate with Career Center staff to deliver coaching support.
