University of Georgia is seeking an Assistant Director of Career Accelerators to lead the Career Accelerator Initiative and manage student engagement from recruitment to completion. The role coordinates program delivery, events, and partner engagement while working with Career Center staff and employers.

The position emphasizes group coaching, event planning, and outreach to drive participation and successful program outcomes for undergraduate and graduate students.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience in career services or related field, preferably with first-year and second-year students.
• Supervisory and career assessment experience.

Mansioni

• Execute Career Accelerator programming and cohort management.
• Coordinate workshops, coaching, networking events, and panels.
• Ensure all program components are implemented (eLC course, mentoring, coaching).
• Collaborate with Career Center staff to deliver coaching support.
