Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is hiring a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to act as a liaison between clients and Saddle Creek, addressing client questions and coordinating solutions across systems. You will support relationships, manage expectations, and ensure accurate status communication.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred or a High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum six months of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude.
• Support client relationship by becoming an extension of our client's business.
• Build strong rapport with partners, manage relationships, set expectations and status communication.
• Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, researches issues and provides status updates.
• Enter, review, coordinate and track progress in all client requested enhancements and issues tracking.
• Proactively identify process improvements that enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
• Maintains service reports that are shared with the client for visibility into volumes and SLAs.
• Participates in client meetings and presents as needed.
