Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to learn about destination preferences, schedules, interests, budgets, and overall vacation expectations.
• Explore suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, activities, and vacation packages using approved supplier resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information organized.
• Maintain regular client communication, provide updates, follow up on outstanding details, and assist with routine modifications or requests.
• Double-check reservation information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and continue building knowledge through supplier and destination education.
