About the Position

We are expanding our remote team and seeking organized, people-focused individuals to join us as Client Care Consultant. In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to clients as they explore vacation possibilities, make selections, and prepare for their upcoming experiences.

The position is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, researching options, managing details, and providing reliable follow-through. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. New team members receive structured training and access to continued learning resources.

What You'll Do

• Speak with clients to understand their plans, including destination interests, preferred dates, vacation style, activities, and spending preferences.
• Identify and compare suitable accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other experiences using approved supplier resources.
• Assist with arranging selected services while keeping reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details accurate and organized.
• Provide ongoing client care by answering questions, communicating important information, tracking outstanding items, and assisting with routine updates or changes.
• Maintain organized records and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available services through ongoing education.
