Realty Plans in Stamford, CT is seeking a Client Success Associate to join our luxury real estate media team. You will communicate with customers to identify needs, process requests, resolve complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure an excellent service experience.

We are seeking a friendly, computer-savvy professional who can remain calm under pressure and build strong client relationships through attentive listening and proactive support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (College Degree Preferred).
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of active listening techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
• Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions.
• Schedule and manage field technicians (photographers).
• Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers.
• Document all customer interactions.
• Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
