Job summary

Sotheby’s Client Strategy team seeks a detail‑oriented Analyst to support global client initiatives, data analysis, and research across multiple departments. You will coordinate projects, maintain client data, and help create briefs and presentations to drive opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in auction or art market analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent writing and communication abilities. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and research skills to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent writing/editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global projects and execute top client strategies.
• Maintain client data in the CRM and prepare briefs for meetings.
• Create family trees and high-level presentations for stakeholders.
• Support pre-sale targeting and research potential new bidders.
• Analyze data to support Sotheby's proposals and client retention.
